Because The Star Frog partners with small creators across the United States to bring you a variety of unique items, you may receive multiple packages for one order, but don't worry - shipping is still free.*
*Free shipping on all domestic orders. Free shipping for international orders is available on minimum orders of $150 US Dollars.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted on all products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are contingent on product being returned in new condition. If any product should arrive with production defects that prevent the product from being used in the intended manner, please reach out to us via the Get in Touch button below and let us know you've had an issue. We'll get you a return label and replace the item ASAP.

Warranty at The Star Frog
The Star Frog's handcrafted, wire wrapped jewelry is guaranteed for life. If you experience a broken wire or have some other issue with the production of your unique pendant, please reach out and let us know what's going on We'll either fix the existing piece or make a new one, all on us.
Wire wrapped jewelry is unique and handmade. There will be unique features from piece to piece, even two of the same design will show some slight differences, this is the nature of handmade products.
The Star Frog will NEVER sell or share your information to any other company.
